The work process include inspection of fabric, pre-treatment, printing, post -treatment and final inspection. The details include:

For Natural Fabrics ( Cotton / Viscose / Silk / Wool ):

The process flow of Digital Printing on all Natural fabrics:

• Inspection of Fabric:
  The goods are well inspected for all kinds of physical damage. During this process the quantity received is checked against the quantity received from client. Any unusual damage and shortage is reported to the client at this stage.
• Pre-Treatment:
  After physical inspection the fabric is sent for Coating / Padding. This process is essential for all fabrics printed with Reactive dyes. During this process, the fabric treats with chemicals through special recipe of chemicals that helps in color absorbency, print stability and drains out during washing with color fixed to the fabric.
• Printing:
  The nest stage after pre-treatment is printing of this fabric through inkjet digital print process through high quality high-speed machines with output in dried fabric well batched rolls.
• Post–Treatment:
  The Printed fabric gets steam after printing for color fixation process through steam & temperature through high speed loop agers which result into high consistency and quality output. The steamed fabric thereafter goes under washing process to eliminate chemicals out of the fabric and get the color proper fixed to the fabric.
• Final inspection:
  The goods are well inspected for quality standard as per requirement and the final meterage will be done at this stage.

For Polyester Fabrics:

The process flow of Digital Printing on all Polyester fabrics:

• Inspection of Fabric:
  The goods are well inspected for all kinds of physical damage. During this process the quantity received is checked against the quantity received from client. Any unusual damage and shortage is reported to the client at this stage.
• Printing:
  For Printing polyester fabric, Sublimation print technique is used to print specially treated paper by the ink jet paper printer. The ink used in this process are Sublimation inks
• Heat Transfer:
  The Printed paper feed into heat transfer machine along with the fabric to perform print transfer from paper to polyester fabric.In order to transfer, hot press roller machines are used.
• Final inspection:
  The goods are well inspected for quality standard as per requirement and the final meterage will be done at this stage.
